RETURNS POLICY

Milliner Leah Zani takes pride in personally responding to the needs and concerns of each client.

Exchanges are welcomed for ready-to-wear hats at any time, upon receipt of the returned item. For exchanges in the United States, we'll pay for the shipping of the replacement hat, but you are responsible for the safe return shipping of your original purchase. Exchanges are provided as an equivalent hat or store credit in the original amount. For an exchange, hats must be received unworn, in new condition, with their tags and/or boxes.

Bespoke hats are not exchangeable or refundable, but every bespoke order comes with complimentary fit services. We will do everything reasonably possible to make sure you love your hat!

TERMS OF SALE

Atelier Zani hats are made by hand! Production time is 4 to 8 weeks. Please note all bespoke hats are made to order and non-exchangeable/non-refundable (see our return policy for more information). Before exchanging a hat, please email us if you have any fit issues or other concerns.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Products on atelier-zani.com may be available in limited quantities and may be designated as ‘one-of-a-kind creations.’ In some cases, products displayed on the site in images or other intellectual content, may not be available for purchase. We try to maintain accurate information on the site regarding product availability, size, and pricing, however, we cannot guarantee any such accuracy. In addition, the actual colors of the products displayed on atelier-zani.com will depend on the settings of your monitor, and we therefore cannot guarantee your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

SITE TRANSACTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse, in our sole discretion, any order placed on the site (including, without limitation, orders placed with incorrect information or errors in pricing, including, without limitation, any such errors made by atelier-zani.com). Atelier Zani considers your privacy and online safety of utmost importance.
